How do I make a reservation and park with it?

Reservation or Park Direct
1. How to make a reservation
Found your desired location? Then let's make a reservation!

Choose “Make a reservation.”

Enter the start and end time for the reservation.
- When making a reservation, make sure that the start time is in the future and the end time is after the start time.
- Be sure to confirm both the start and end times!

Select the correct license plate.
- By default, the app shows the license plate you have marked as “Active” under Vehicles. You can select a different vehicle by tapping the pencil icon.

Select your payment method and complete the payment for the reservation.

You can find your booking in the app under “Bookings” (bottom menu, second button from the left).

2. Making a reservation via the website
1. Search and select a location

Go to the homepage and enter your destination in the search bar ("Where are you going?"). Click on the desired parking garage to go to the details page.
2. Fill in the reservation details
On the right side of the page, you will see the "Complete your reservation" block. Follow these steps:

Date & Time: Click on "Select date range." A calendar will appear.

Choose the start date and end date.

Set the exact start time and end time at the bottom.

Click the green "Apply" button.

Vehicle: Enter your license plate in the "Vehicle" field (e.g., AB-12-CD).

Discount: Do you have a discount code? Enter it and click "Apply."

3. Log in or register
As soon as you click the green "Reserve" button, you will be asked to log in. You can do this in several ways:

Enter your email address to receive a code.

Continue with Google, Facebook, or Apple.
4. Payment and confirmation
After logging in, choose your preferred payment method. Once the payment is completed, your reservation is final. You will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Park with your reservation via the app
After you have made your reservation, you are all set!
- You can find your booking via your Bookings, recognizable by the calendar icon.
- Five minutes before your reservation begins, the button "Enter parking" will appear in your booking on the app.

Early Entry
If desired, you can start your reservation earlier. One hour before your reservation begins, an “Early entry” button will appear. You’ll pay for the additional time and can drive in right away.
Note: not all locations support this feature. At these locations, this button will not be visible.

- After entering the parking space, the buttons "Exit parking" and "Door" will appear.
- You can easily extend your booking via the app, find out how to this here.
- With the button "Door" you get access by foot to the parking.
- With the button "Exit parking" you can leave the garage by car.
When you exit the location you will be given the choice to keep or close your booking.
- If you're still coming to park, keep your booking.
- If you don't come back, close your booking.
