Liability and Safety: Parking at your own risk

At My Way, we strive for a carefree and safe parking experience for all our users within the office environment. Although we select and manage our locations with care, it is important to be aware of our policy regarding unforeseen incidents.

Parking at your own risk

We would like to point out that parking at all our locations is at your own risk. This means that My Way is not liable for:

• Damage to your vehicle caused by third parties or through your own actions.

• Theft of or from your vehicle.

• Loss of personal property left in the garage or the vehicle.

Although we take the safety of our locations very seriously, we always advise you to lock your vehicle properly and not to leave any valuables in plain sight.

How do I check for CCTV surveillance?

Some parking locations are equipped with camera surveillance for extra monitoring. You can view the specific features of your parking location as follows:

1. Open the My Way app and go to the navigation screen (middle icon in the app).

2. Find the desired location on the map or via the search bar at the top and open the location.

3. The description of the location will indicate whether facilities such as CCTV surveillance are present.

Our assistance during incidents

In the unlikely event of damage or theft, we won't leave you out in the cold. Although we are not legally liable, we will do our utmost to help you and the authorities find the perpetrators.

What to do in the event of an incident:

• File a report: In the event of theft or intentional damage, always report it to the police immediately.

• Contact us: Contact the Support Center via the My Way app.

• Share information: Provide details such as the time and exact location within the garage. We can then check if relevant camera footage is available to share with the police.
