How do I start a Park Direct?
To start a Park Direct, you need the My Way app. Don't have the app yet? You can download it here for Android or Apple.

1. Create a Park Direct
Have you found a suitable location? Then let’s start a Park Direct! Haven’t found one yet? Go here.

Choose “Park Direct.”

Select the correct license plate.

By default, the app shows the plate you have marked as “Active” under Vehicles. You can select a different vehicle by tapping the pencil icon.

Select your payment method.

A Park Direct can only be started if a credit card has been added to your account.

Start your Park Direct by tapping “Park Direct”.

The bookings open automatically, tap "Enter parking" to open the entrance.
- You can find your booking in the app under “Bookings” (bottom menu, second button from the left).

From the booking screen, you can open the pedestrian door (if applicable) and exit the garage.

Tap “End parking.”

Pay for your booking.

Tap “Exit parking.”
