My payment failed, what now?
What to do if a payment is unsuccessful and how to resume parking quickly.
Do you see the message "Payment failed" in the app? This is a final status. It means the current attempt has stopped and cannot be automatically recovered. To still be able to park, you will need to create a new booking.
Step 1: Check your payment method
Before making a new attempt, it is important to ensure a valid payment method is linked:

In the app, go to the Account icon (the person icon in the bottom right).

Select "Payment methods".

Add your Credit Card or iDEAL link here.

Important: A Credit Card is required to start "Park Direct" bookings. Reservations can also be paid for with other methods (such as iDEAL).

Step 2: Create a new booking
Once your payment method has been successfully added, you can start a new booking. You can choose from two options:

Make a reservation: Ideal if you want to pay in advance and be guaranteed a spot. (How do I make a reservation?)

Park Direct: Enter immediately and pay per minute afterwards (Credit Card required). (How does Park Direct work?)
