How do I use my subscription for parking?
How to park with your subscription
In this article, you will find information about parking with your susbcription, parking outside the subscription times and updating your license plate.
1. Park with your subscription

- On the Home page (house icon), you'll find your active subscription(s). Choose your desired subscription here (if you have multiple).
- Open the barrier with the blue button ''Enter parking''
- A booking is created now! This shows you're currently parked. You find this booking on your homescreen as well as in your ''Bookings'' (calendar-icon)
When you started a booking via the app or the license plate camera, you will find your booking via your Bookings (calendar icon).
This booking gives you access to the garage and can be used to exit and enter.
At locations where we have license plate recognition, you do not have to drive in or out via the app. A booking starts automatically!
2. Exit the location

- Go to your current booking (on your home screen or through ''Bookings'' (calendar-icon))
- The button ''Door'' is to open the pedestrian door.
- To exit the parking by car, press the red button ''End parking''. There'll appear a button ''Open exit''. Press this button to open the gate.
3. Parking outside of the subscription times
You can easily park earlier and longer than your subscription times allow. The app only charges parking fees for the time outside your subscription.
Park earlier
Make a reservation with your desired start time. The app will only calculate extra charges for the time outside of your subscription.
Park longer
- The counter starts automatically when you park using 'Enter Parking' and your subscription time has ended. You can pay for the extra time, when you exit the location.
- Make a reservation for the total parking time, you will only be charged via the app for the time outside your subscription.
4. Updating the license plate of your subscription.
New or temporary license plate? If your license plate changes, add the new license plate to your account, and then contact us to add it to your subscription.
