How do I cancel my subscription?
Everything about cancellations, notice periods, and processing times
We’re sorry to see you go! We are happy to help make this process as smooth as possible. Below you can read how to submit a cancellation and how we calculate the notice period.
1. How do I submit my cancellation?
To terminate your subscription, please send an email to our support department.

The license plate linked to the subscription.

The location (name of the garage) of your subscription.

Processing: We process your request within 24 hours. You will always receive a confirmation by email containing the final end date.
2. The notice period: How is it calculated?
At My Way, we apply a notice period of one full calendar month. This means your subscription always ends on the first day of the month following the next full month.
A calculation example:
If you email your cancellation to us on January 20th, then February is the 'full calendar month' that serves as the notice period. Your subscription will continue until the last day of February and will officially stop on March 1st.

Tip: Make sure to cancel in time to prevent your subscription from being unintentionally extended by an extra month.
3. After your cancellation
Once your cancellation has been processed, you can, of course, continue to park as usual until the end date. After the end date, your access to the location will be automatically deactivated, and no further costs will be charged.
