At My Way, we ensure you receive reminders well in advance when your booking is nearing its end. You'll receive three different notifications reminding you to extend your booking.
To receive these helpful reminders, please grant the My Way app permission to send notifications. Rest assured, we only use this to keep you informed about your booking.
If you fail to extend on time, you'll need to pay the extended rate first. After that, you'll have an additional 15 minutes to either vacate the parking spot or extend your booking.
Being on time not only saves unnecessary costs but also helps us at My Way optimize parking space usage as efficiently as possible!
