Where can I find my bookings, and what do all of the statuses mean?
1. Booking overview
All your bookings can be found in the My Way app. You can easily access them as follows:

Open the My Way app+

Go to Bookings (at the bottom, second icon from the left)+

Here you’ll find all your bookings — upcoming, active, and completed ones+

When you open a booking, you’ll see more detailed information about it.

In the overview, you’ll find the following details for each booking:

The location where you parked;
-
The duration of the booking;
-
The total price of the booking.

2. Booking details
When you open the booking, you’ll find more detailed information. In addition, certain functions are displayed here based on the status of the booking.

Information about your booking:
-
The location, address, and some characteristics of the venue;

Arrival and departure time;
-
Entry and exit instructions;
-
License plate associated with the booking.
In addition, through this booking you can, among other things, enter and exit the location, extend your booking, and download the invoice.

Depending on the status of your booking, different functions are available.
- Early entry: This button becomes visible one hour before your reservation begins. It allows you to enter the location earlier.
- Enter parking: Five minutes before your reservation starts, you can enter the location using this button.
- Exit parking: If you have made a reservation, you can use this button to exit the location.
- End booking: If you have started a Park Direct session, you can use this button to exit.
- Extend booking: If desired, you can extend your reservation. You can find more information here.
- Navigate: Navigate to the location’s address using your preferred navigation app, such as Waze or Google Maps.
- Garage details: This button takes you to the location page.
- Receipt: Use this button to download the invoice for your booking. You can find more information here.
3. Booking statuses
Each booking also shows the status of the respective booking.
- Reservation: An upcoming reservation that has not yet started.
- Booking active: Your booking is active, and you can enter the location.
- Vehicle parked: You have entered the location and are currently parked.
- Leaving: You have exited the location. If needed, you can reopen the exit gate. Depending on the remaining time of your reservation, the booking will either be closed or remain active.
- Increased rate: You are still parked, and your reservation’s end time has passed. Pay the additional costs to be able to exit. You can find more information here.
- Open payment: There is still a payment due for this booking.
- Cancelled: The reservation has been cancelled.
- Completed: Your booking has ended.
