How do I share my reservation?
How can I share the reservation with my visitors via the My Way app?
You can easily share a created reservation with, for example, your visitors. The reservation can only be shared via the My Way app.
After you share the reservation, your visitors can enter and exit the location themselves and open the pedestrian door.

Creating a reservation for your visitors
There are two ways to create a reservation for your visitors:
Share your reservation

Once the reservation is made, you can find it under Bookings (calendar icon)

Open the booking

Tap on the share button in the top right corner (three dots connected by lines)

Share the booking with your guest!
Parking without the My Way app
Your visitors do not need the My Way app to use the reservation. When they open the shared link, it will open in their browser. They will then need to create an account, after which they can enter and exit the garage and open the pedestrian door — all via the browser.
Important
- You can only share a reservation if you have not used it yet.
- When you share a booking, this means you are transferring the booking to another user. The booking will disappear from your account and will be assigned to someone else.
