Parking a motor vehicle in the My Way app

Yes, it is possible to park with a motorcycle at most of our locations. However, there are a few important things to consider regarding the use of the app and specific location types.

How does parking with a motorcycle work?

At most My Way locations, you can easily park by using the app. Because motorcycles are not always detected by automatic license plate recognition, you should use the manual control in the app:

• Drive to the entrance of the parking location.

• Open the My Way app and start your parking session.

• Use the button in the app to manually open the gate or barrier.

• When leaving the location, follow the same steps to open the gate and end your session.

2. Residents and Subscription Holders

Are you a resident or do you have a subscription for a specific location and want to park your motorcycle there? If so, we need to configure your account manually.

What do you need to do? Send an email to support@myway.app including the following details:

• The email address associated with your My Way account.

• The license plate of your motorcycle.

Once we receive your message, we will correctly add your vehicle as a motorcycle and send you the specific instructions for your location.
