Park Direct or a Reservation

The difference between a Park Direct and a reservation

Depending on the type of location, you can choose between two options: Park Direct or a reservation.

At locations where Park Direct is not available, this option will not be displayed.

A Park Direct is a parking session that you start at the moment you are in front of the location.

Payment: The timer starts immediately, and you pay at the moment you exit. You only pay for the time you were actually parked.

Entry and exit: With this type of booking, you can enter and exit the garage once.

Credit card: To start a Park Direct via the app, a credit card must be added to your account.

Parking with a QR code (without the app): You can also start a Park Direct by scanning the QR code at the location. You then enter your license plate and pay upon exit. In this case, adding a credit card in advance is not necessary. Check here how parking with a QR code works.


 

 

Reservation

A reservation is made in advance to ensure you have a guaranteed spot.

  • Entry: You can enter the location starting five minutes before the reservation begins.

  • Entry and exit: With a reservation, you can enter and exit the garage an unlimited number of times during your booking.

  • No refund: If you leave the parking spot early, no (partial) refund will be provided.

  • Modifying: If desired and if availability allows, you can start your reservation earlier or extend it while at the location.
