Park Direct or a Reservation

The difference between a Park Direct and a reservation

Depending on the type of location, you can choose between two options: Park Direct or a reservation.

At locations where Park Direct is not available, this option will not be displayed.

Park Direct – A Park Direct is a booking you start when you are in front of the location. The timer begins immediately, and you pay for this booking when you exit.

With this type of booking, you can enter and exit the garage once, and you only pay for the actual time parked.

Note: To start a Park Direct, you must have a credit card added to your account.

Reservation – A reservation is made in advance, and you can enter the location five minutes before the reservation starts.

With this type of booking, you can enter and exit freely during the reserved time.

Note: If you leave the parking spot early, no (partial) refund will be issued.

If needed, you can start earlier or extend your reservation.
