Adding payment methods

How can I add a payment methode to the My Way app?

To properly use the app, you need to add a payment method. We support the following payment methods:

  • iDeal
  • Creditcard
  • Bancontact
  • Apple Pay

 

My Way does not store any financial data. This is all handled via our payment provider.

You can add a payment to your account as follows.

  1. Open the My Way app
  2. Go to your Account (person icon)
  3. Navigate to ''Payment Methods''
  4. Add your payment method!

 

 

 

 

 

Having issues with adding your payment method, or is your payment method not supported? No worries!

Contact our Support via support@myway.app, and we'll get you started as soon as possible.

 

Important: Through My Way, you can create both a Park Direct and a reservation. If you want to start a Park Direct, you’ll need a credit card as your payment method!
