How does a subscription with multiple vehicles work?

Do you have one fixed parking spot through a subscription, but do you use different cars? No problem! At My Way, you can link multiple license plates to your subscription. Here we explain how this works and what you need to keep in mind.

1. The basic rule: One spot at a time

The most important thing to know is that a subscription for one parking spot only grants access to one car at a time.

• Freedom in license plates: You can link multiple license plates to your account and subscription.

• First come, first served... All linked vehicles can use the parking spot, as long as it is not already occupied by one of your other vehicles.

• Changing of the guard: As soon as the first car exits the garage and ends the session, the spot immediately becomes available for another linked license plate.

2. Managing multiple vehicles

To use this feature, you must add the different license plates to your profile in the My Way app.

1. Open the app and go to 'Profile' (the icon in the bottom right).

2. Click on 'Vehicles'.

3. Add the license plates that are allowed to use the subscription here.

4. Send an email to support@myway.app with your current license plate and the license plate(s) that need to be added.

My Way will link the license plates to the subscription and send you a confirmation.

3. How do you park with a different vehicle?

Always ensure that the correct license plate is set to 'Active' before you drive to the garage.

• In the 'Vehicles' overview, you can easily switch between your cars by selecting the desired license plate.

• Upon entry, the garage (if the location has license plate recognition) will only recognize the vehicle that is currently linked to your active session or subscription.
