Setting up and managing your My Way account

For optimal use of the My Way app, a number of important settings are required.

Furthermore, you can edit your profile.

1. Settings

Go to your Settings as follows:

  1. Open the My Way app
  2. Go to the Menu (person-icon)
  3. Go to Settings (gear-icon)

  • Dark mode: Switch between the light and dark mode of the app.
  • Push notifications: We send you notifications about your booking, for example when it starts and when it ends. We will not bother you with any unnecessary messages!
  • Email notifications: In addition to a notification via the app, you will also receive email notifications about the expiration of your booking.
  • Location: We need the location of your phone so that you can enter and exit our locations. Therefore, please give us permission to use your phone's location.
  • Bluetooth: You can drive in and out using Bluetooth at certain locations. This is not a requirement!
  • Marketing & Newsletter: We will keep you informed by email of new updates or great offers from our partners.

 

 

 


2. Account information

Go to your Account information as follows:

  1. Open the My Way app
  2. Go to the Menu (person-icon)
  3. Go to Account Information

  • Profile photo: Upload or change your profile picture here.
  • Name: Edit your name.
  • Email address: Your email address is shown here. Note: It’s not possible to change your email address. If you’d like to use a different account, log out and create a new one.
  • Billing details: Add your billing information here. You can find more information about this here.
  • Delete account: You can delete your account here.
