How do I cancel my booking?

Whenever you made a reservation, you can cancel your booking before the reservation has started.

1. Open your booking via ''Bookings'' (calendar icon)
2. Press the white button labeled ''Cancel Booking''
3. The refund will be processed automatically within 5 working days.

The refunded amount depends on the cancellation policy of the location.

The cancellation policy can be found in the listing of the location, under the parking prices.

In this case, a full refund applies, without penalty.
