How do I create a booking for my visitors?

How can I create a booking for my visitors via the My Way app?

Through My Garage, you can create a reservation for your visitors via "Visitor Parking".

In this article, you can find more information on how to create this reservation for your visitors.

Note: This article only covers creating a reservation for your visitors through My Garage.

Contact your administrator if you don't have access yet to "My Garage".

 


1. Open My Garage

 

 

 

 

You can find “My Garage” on your Home Screen.

Open My Garage by tapping on the photo or the name of the garage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


2. Make the reservation

  1. Choose the “Visitor Parking” option.
  2. Select the start and end date.
    • Note: If your start and end date are the same day, tap the same date twice!
  3. Select a start and end time.
    • You do this by tapping the two white fields at the bottom where the date and time are shown. Once you tap them, the option to set a time will appear.
  4. Choose “Select dates.”
  5. Adjust the license plate if necessary.
  6. Review the reservation and complete the payment.
    • Some garages have different rates or rules for visitor parking. You can find more information about that here.
  7. Voilà — the reservation is created, and your visitor can now park!

 

At most garages, you can enter and exit via license plate recognition. In that case, your visitors do not need to use the (web) app.

If license plate recognition is not available, or if the pedestrian door also needs to be opened, then your visitors do need the (web) app, and you must share the reservation with them.
