What are the rules regarding visitor parking via My Garage?

You can easily make a reservation for your visit via the My Way app. After you have made a reservation for your visit, you can share the booking. With the booking, they can open the pedestrian door of the garage and enter & exit the garage.

Visitor parking rules

Visitor parking is subject to a number of rules drawn up by the VvE. For the current rules, you can contact your homeowners' association.


The following rules may apply:
  • Maximum duration of the booking - This is the maximum duration of the reservation that you can make for your visit per booking.
  • Number of hours per month - This is the number of hours per month for which you can make reservations (within the visitor parking) for your visit.

  • Number of free minutes per reservation – For every reservation, the initial period of the reservation is free.

  • Parking costs - Making a reservation for your visit is possible at a reduced rate. This is a percentage of the garage's hourly and daily rate.
